Iridology with Orlaith Ward — The iris of your eye is a living map of your health. Crystal Shop — Crystals individually energised by Judith using sacred Reiki symbols, chosen to support earth grounding, elemental balance, and the activation of your highest frequency.

SOUL 2026 is consciously designed around one of the most profound of the 12 Universal Laws — the Law of Gender. Not male and female in the conventional sense, but the yin and yang that lives within all of us — the receptive and the creative, the still and the dynamic.

Our morning is held entirely in yin — the deep feminine earth energy of nourishment, stillness, and receiving. Like a seed held in autumn soil, doing its invisible work before new growth breaks through. The morning asks only one thing of you: receive.

As the afternoon unfolds, we draw the yang energy forward — the creative, the active, the generative force that takes everything received and begins to move it into the world. By the time you step out of Kilkea Castle into the October evening, you will carry both energies in beautiful, powerful balance. Yin wisdom received. Yang force activated. Ready to move. The Magic of Kilkea Castle

Built in 1180, Kilkea Castle has held mystery and transformation in its stones for nearly a millennium. Its most legendary resident — Gerald FitzGerald, the “Wizard Earl” — was a renowned alchemist whose spirit is said to ride the castle grounds every seventh year on a white horse shod in silver. Ancient alchemy lives in these walls. And it is here that you will come to do your own.

At lunchtime and at the close of our day the 180-acre estate is yours — rose gardens, woodland paths, the river’s edge, the ancient medieval church. Let the deep elemental earth energy of Kilkea breathe through you. Perhaps you could really treat yourself and stay over night!

The Yin Morning Inside Your Chrysalis

Inner Child Crystal Cave Hypno-Visualisation. This is a gentle, profound journey inward with Judith to reconnect with and heal the child within. Pure yin. Pure earth. The healing that starts at the very core.

Acupuncture with Charlotte Picard 

Working directly with the body’s elemental energies and meridian system, Charlotte releases blockages across the earth, water, wood, fire and metal pathways — each connected to both a physical organ and an emotional landscape. As the acupuncture works, your nervous system softens into deep parasympathetic rest and accumulated tension begins to unwind. The body remembers how to heal itself.

Reiki & Seichem with Judith’s Team of 14 

In a room of 14 attuned healers, all directing energy toward you simultaneously. Reiki dissolves energetic blockages and restores your innate capacity to heal. Seichem works with all four classical elements — earth, fire, water, air — reaching into your subtle bodies and the deepest emotional and spiritual layers of your being. After lunch, something begins to shift. The yin work of the morning has done its sacred work — softening, releasing, healing, restoring. Now, in perfect accordance with the Law of Gender, we begin to draw the yang energy forward.

Shamanic Journeying with Ayanna Raiha

As we prepare to draw the yang energy forward, Ayanna guides you into Shamanic Journeying — one of humanity’s oldest earth-based spiritual technologies, rooted in the elemental wisdom of the natural world. The drum becomes your vehicle. Its ancient rhythmic pulse entrains your brainwaves into theta — the luminous liminal state where your subconscious opens wide and the earth’s deeper wisdom reaches you. Ayanna drops you deep into the still point between receiving and creating — the threshold between what was and what is becoming.

Sound Bath with Ayanna Raiha
