Inner Child
In life, you work with not only your conscious mind, which is basically your awareness right now, but also with your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind has an extremely important role to play in you creating your own reality. Using the tool of your ‘Inner Child’ allows you access to the power that lies within.

Reiki
Judith has been teaching Reiki for more than 20 years and is a member of the Reiki Federation of Ireland. Judith regularly runs Level 1, 2 and 3 courses and Reiki Exchange Nights to teach and showcase the wonderful healing rays of Reiki.
Journaling
Journaling first became my best friend after my divorce. As I pulled apart the unceasing negative chatter that bombarded my head, journaling opened the space for me to heal and tap into my subconscious mind. Those precious pages became a ‘safe space’ to explore what I really wanted to create in my life.
