Reiki: Level 1 Course

Reiki Level 1 is a two-day course especially designed to cater for those who want to use Reiki on a personal level for yourself, friends and family. If you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner or Teacher, this course is the first step on your journey. Reiki is my first love and has been such a powerful tool in my own life.

In Reiki Level 1:

• You will be introduced to the Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki and ways in which it can be used.

• You will become more conscious of your Chakra System and how to work with these powerful energy centres in your body.

• You will receive a Reiki attunement, this is a spiritual initiation that will further open your chakras allowing the flow of vital energy to every cell, organ and gland in your body.

• You will learn Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing and for healing others.

• You will partake in Meditations and Visualisations especially designed to help you maintain alignment with Source Energy while you begin to Deliberately Create your own wonderful reality.

• You will give and receive a full Reiki treatment with the help of your Reiki Master.

• You will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual and accompanying certificate. Following your training in Reiki you then become a conductor of energy. There is a rule in physics that says when high energy and low energy are connected up, by means of a conductor, the energy flows from high to low until both equalise.
