A Powerful Chakra Visualisation

Your subconscious mind loves visualisation so just for a minute do this one with me. You don’t have to know anything about Chakras and you can record this visualisation on your phone or listen to it on my website and YouTube channel. By practicing this often you begin to form new loops in your subconscious mind, ones that open you up instead of closing you down. There is no point in looking a million dollars unless you feel like it first.

So, get comfortable in your seat, close your eyes allow yourself to tap into your subconscious mind just by listening to the ebb and flow of your beautiful breath ebbing and flowing, ebbing and flowing, ebbing and flowing…

Let your breath bring you deep inside and slowly bring your attention to your Root Chakra at the base of your spine. This chakra is like a portal giving you access to Mother Earth. Visualise the colour red, relax your tummy and perineum muscles allowing your Root Chakra to open slowly. As you do powerful roots begin to travel down through your legs and out through the souls of your feet. Let these roots penetrate the ground finding their way to the bedrock. Visualise these roots wrapping themselves around huge healing crystals drawing this vibrant crystalline energy up and back into your root chakra.

This energy travels up to your Sacral Chakra below your belly button. Again, see this chakra like a mystical door opening to release sensual, creative orange energy. Breathe this energy into every cell in your body, breathe it in and see it spiraling and mingling with the red energy from your Root Chakra. On the energy goes flowing vigorously into your Solar Plexus Chakra. This yellow door gives way to powerful energy. Straighten your spine, relax your tummy muscles and allow this magnificent energy out. Say to yourself I am safe, I am secure, I am a creative, sensual, powerful being.

This mighty life force bursts forth into your Heart Chakra, draw back your shoulders allowing room for your Heart Chakra to expand with unconditional love. Green vibrant heart felt energy pulses into your throat chakra and this magical door opens wide with crisp blue gusts. Tilt your chin upward and allow yourself full expression from your heart. Breath this energy in to every cell, organ and gland in your body. Breathe it in. It is safe to express yourself through love.

On the energy goes entering your Third Eye Chakra above your physical eyes. The door of your intuition springs open embracing the universe and all its secrets. Purple energy from this chakra travels up through your Crown Chakra. This is the portal connecting you to the universe. This energy releases itself from your crown out toward the sky, through the stratosphere into the vastness of space. Visualise drawing the energy of the planets, stars and moons down through your Crown Chakra, Third Eye, Throat and Heart where it mingles with the energies of your Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakra.

Put your hand on your heart, know that You are safe, You are sensual and powerful, You are unconditional love, limitless, expressive, intuitive and You are where the Divine and Human Meet.

This is who you really are, allow yourself to feel it.
