What are the seven chakras and what do they mean?

 It refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. The seven chakra are the Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra and the Crown Chakra.

• Root chakra. Colour: Red. Location: Base of your spine near your tailbone.
• Sacral chakra. Colour: Orange.
• Solar plexus chakra. Colour: Yellow.
• Heart chakra. Colour: Green.
• Throat chakra. Colour: Blue.
• Third-eye chakra. Colour: Indigo/purple.
• Crown chakra. Colour: Purple/violet.
