Reiki Level 1 – An In person and Zoom Two-Day Course
This is a two-day in person and Zoom course especially designed to cater for those of you who want to use Reiki on a personal level for yourself, friends and family.  If you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner or Teacher, this course is the first step of your journey.

Reiki is my first love and has been such a powerful tool in my own life so I am really looking forward to seeing you as you begin your own journey with this magnificent energy.
What you will gain from taking part in Reiki Level 1:
·         You will be introduced to the Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki and ways in which it can be used.
·         You will become more conscious of your Chakra System and how to work with these powerful energy centres in your body.
·         You will receive a Reiki attunement, this is a spiritual initiation that will further open your chakras allowing the flow of vital energy to every cell, organ and gland in your body.
·         You will learn Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing and for healing others.
·         You will partake in Meditations and Visualisations especially designed to help you maintain alignment with Source Energy while you begin to Deliberately Create your own wonderful reality.
·         You will give and receive a full Reiki treatment with the help of your Reiki Master through distance healing.

You will also receive your Reiki manuals on the first morning of the course.

Following your training in Reiki you then become a conductor of energy. There is a rule in physics that says when high energy and low energy are connected up, by means of a conductor, the energy flows from high to low until both equalise.
