Reiki Level 1 – A Two-Day Course
This is a two-day Zoom course especially designed to cater for those of you who want to use Reiki on a personal level for yourself, friends and family.  If you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner or Teacher, this course is the first step of your journey. Reiki is my first love and has been such a powerful tool in my own life so I am really looking forward to seeing you as you begin your own journey with this magnificent energy.
What you will gain from taking part in Reiki Level 1:
·         You will be introduced to the Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki and ways in which it can be used.
·         You will become more conscious of your Chakra System and how to work with these powerful energy centres in your body.
·         You will receive a Reiki attunement, this is a spiritual initiation that will further open your chakras allowing the flow of vital energy to every cell, organ and gland in your body.
·         You will learn Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing and for healing others.
·         You will partake in Meditations and Visualisations especially designed to help you maintain alignment with Source Energy while you begin to Deliberately Create your own wonderful reality.
·         You will give and receive a full Reiki treatment with the help of your Reiki Master through distance healing.

You will also receive your Reiki manuals in the post along with a sprig of sage, a crystal energized by me with the Reiki symbol Hosanna, and a printout of your oracle cards for both days. I would appreciate it if you didn’t read your card until we are all together. There will be a healing spray in your pack that I make up every year around this time. I have access to a sacred spring in Kilmashogue. I go there and fill the bottles with this water. Then I put organic aromatherapy oils from Neal’s Yard in these bottles. I place these sprays on my window sill in my healing room with crystals all around them.  The crystals energize the oil and water even further. Then after that, I use the Reiki Symbol Hosanna to infuse these bottles with love. This spray is ideal for clearing your Auric Field or energy field around you.

I will send a little tea-light in your pack that I will already have lit from the continuously-burning flame that originates from the Grotto of the Nativity in Bethlehem, Israel. A friend gave the flame to me many months ago and now I will pass the flame on to you. This isn’t a religious symbol rather a symbol of peace and prophecy and will bring light to your Reiki journey.

On our Reiki weekend, you can relight your candle and create your own puja or sacred space with the contents of your pack and other items that are special to you.

If you are thinking of participating it is important to send Rosie your address so that we can post out your Reiki Level 1 pack as soon as possible and in turn, Rosie will send you two Zoom links one for each day of the course. Your Reiki Level 1 certificate will also be posted out to you during the week after you complete the course.

Following your training in Reiki you then become a conductor of energy. There is a rule in physics that says when high energy and low energy are connected up, by means of a conductor, the energy flows from high to low until both equalise.
