If you haven’t got a clue about crystals or chakras don’t worry, you will after doing this workshop! You will need your journals or note books and some nice pencils.

You will learn:

• • What crystals are associated with your different Chakras
  • How to use your crystals to clear, heal and open these Powerful Doors within
  • How to use different healing techniques like breath work and Reiki in conjunction with your crystals to activate your chakras
  • How to make a body grid to program your crystals for each chakra.

I will be using my Powerful Doors Within Visualization along with crystals to activate and increase momentum in your 7 main chakras. This visualisation is available on my website check it out!
