Absolutely everything is Energy First. You are a ‘big ball’ of energy. This workshop teaches you how to work with this energy, how to ASK, to tap into your subconscious mind, listen to your intuition and psychic abilities and learn how to interpret them. Creating the life of your dreams.

When you begin to realise that Everything is Energy First and you can control and mould that energy your life begins to flow in miraculous ways. You start to create wonderful things all around you and you feel much happier and more content. This workshop helps you identify just what type of vibes you are putting out there. Unlocking your psychic abilities, hooking your mind up to the universal ‘main frame,’ receiving ‘downloads’ in the form of intuitions and learning how to interpret them to help you create the life of your dreams.

You will practice observing and acknowledging old outdated ‘programmes’ while creating new patterns and reprogramming your subconscious mind with what you want to create. As with all my workshops you will use the tool of the Inner Child to help you step through any fears that arise while, all the time, nurturing your desires through ‘The Bridge Visualisation’.
