Life is a great teacher and it was my own personal diagnosis in endometriosis that spiked my interest in nutrition, physical fitness and the energy healing technique of Reiki. As I stepped through some difficult times, I began to realize how healthy food and lifestyle choices dramatically influenced my quality of life. Not only that but the therapeutic power of Reiki allowed me to release outdated patterns and conditioning. I began not only to treat the symptoms of my endometriosis but the root cause as well.

Colette is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer, Reiki Master and Home Economics teacher. She sees clients on a one to one basis. This includes children and teenagers. Colette provides personalized plans that addresses her client’s goals & health concerns.
